 Fresh, locally sourced food is prepared and cooked in Zanne's modern kitchen. This includes deep water mussels from the mouth of the Dart (shallow water mussels can be gritty), Brixham-landed fish, Kingswear-landed crabs, meat from local farmers, smoked fish, chicken and vegetables from the Dartmouth Smoke House and chillis from a South Hams chilli farm.

All these products are delivered fresh, not frozen, and are hand prepared prior to restaurant opening.
